You’re an arrogant ch*****! That’s exactly Kalank director Abhishek Varman said to Varun Dhawan while describing Zafar’s character. This was revealed by Varun himself in one of his interviews for Kalank. Shedding the light about the incident Varun said, “There was this one scene where I have to smile and during that I showed my teeth. Abhishek than told me that you cannot show your teeth as Zafar can’t show teeth even while smiling.”
The actor further added, “I was like if I am going to smile without showing my teeth, I am going to look like a smirk, Zafar is going to look like arrogant. And he said that you are an arrogant ch*****, those are the words he used to describe Zafar’s character.”
For those unaware, Abhishek Varman who is the son of famous art director R. Varman, made her directorial debut with Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer 2 states which was liked by both critics and audience. Kalank is his second directorial venture.
