Ahead of his much-anticipated performance at Lollapalooza India 2025, Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes was spotted treating fans to an impromptu performance on the streets of Mumbai. The international pop star, who arrived in the city on March 7, was seen singing his hit song Señorita, a couple of days after interacting with fans at Colaba Causeway.
Shawn hosted a private concert on Saturday (March 8) for students of The Sound Space, a Mumbai-based music institution.
A video shared by the institution on social media showed the singer kneeling with his guitar, surrounded by students, as he delivered a soulful rendition of Señorita. The caption read, "When you get a private performance of 'Señorita' from the artist himself... this wasn't just a performance — it was pure magic!"
Dressed in a casual brown sweater, blue jeans, and a scarf, Shawn also explored the city, taking selfies and signing autographs for his fans. His spontaneous performance and approachable demeanour quickly went viral, earning praise on social media.
