For Ayushmann, the realisation of his love for Tahira came after years of friendship. “I finally understood that she was the one I wanted to spend my life with. I’ll never forget the late-night phone call where I confessed my love — under the cover of darkness. That moment will stay with me forever and reminds me of how strong our bond is,” Ayushmann says.
Their relationship has faced challenges, particularly in the early days of Ayushmann’s career. Despite the pressures of fame, their connection remained steadfast. “The start of my career was tough, but Tahira was my rock. She believed in me when others didn’t,” Ayushmann shares. When Tahira was diagnosed with breast cancer, their bond was further tested, but Ayushmann stood by her side every step of the way. “She’s more than just my wife,” he says, eyes filled with admiration. “She’s my muse, my confidante, my source of strength.”

Ayushmann is a passionate advocate for environmental conservation, encouraging others to take action as ‘climate warriors’, while Tahira promotes mindful living, urging people to reduce their environmental footprint in small but significant ways.
