Thammandu plot overview
The story takes place in Ambaragodugu, a village where an invisible, formidable force ensnares its unsuspecting residents, keeping them from escaping. In the midst of this harsh reality, Kantara, an energetic young woman, inspires the villagers to escape their fated restrictions. Nithiin's character accompanies her, a sorrowful brother intent on fulfilling his sister's unfulfilled vow. His sister had earlier promised to rescue the villagers but did not succeed; he returns, pledging to deliver everyone from their oppressive destiny.

Nithiin is a popular actor best known for his role in the film Sye. He was recently seen in Robinhood and has appeared in other movies such as Maestro, Ishq, and Bheeshma. He stars alongside Sapthami Gowda in the upcoming film Thammandu. Gowda is known for her work in Rishab Shetty's Kantara.
