Bigg Boss 15 lovebirds Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra are finally set to tie the knot in 2025 after dating for four years. The news of their wedding was confirmed by none other than the former's mother on national television, during the latest episode of Celebrity Masterchef.
A clip from the show is now going viral on the internet in which host-judge Farah Khan cna be seen inquiring about the Naagin actress' wedding plans. To that, Tejasswi's mother replied, "Isi saal ho jayegi", and as everyone clapped and congratulated her, the actress was seen blushing hard and falling short of words.
Farah also teased her using Karan's name, which made the actress laugh and she refrained from speaking on the topic any further.
The announcement by Tejasswi's mother comes days after the actress opened up on her marriage plans on the show, and had stated that she wishes to have a fuss-free court marriage. " I am okay with a normal court marriage. Hum log phir ghumenge, phirenge, aish karenge types," she had said in one of the older episodes.
A few days ago, Karan sent a heartfelt video message for Tejasswi on the sets of Celebrity Masterchef. "I must say I've never seen her this sincere on any shoot. Bechari, even after reaching home, she’s on her phone watching YouTube videos. Then she asks me, 'Should I make mutton in tamarind?' and I tell her, 'How would I know?' (laughs). She is extremely dedicated and sincere. If you know of Tejasswi’s journey, there’s hardly any reality show where she hasn’t reached the top spot," he said in the video, leaving the actress emotional.
"For me, you will always be the winner. Khana toh mujhe he hai na so all the best, and I love you," he added.
Tejasswi and Karan met inside the Bigg Boss 15 house as contestants, and soon, love blossomed between the two. They have been going strong ever since, and several reports also claimed that the two have been living together for quite some time now.
