Plot
The series revolves around Sophie, who experiences severe memory loss following what seems to be a suicide attempt. While she works to reconstruct her history, she starts to understand that nothing and nobody can be relied upon. The series starts with Sophie healing from a life-threatening plunge off a ferry into San Francisco Bay.
She has a scant recollection of her identity or what brought her to this point. Everyone close to her, including her husband and best friend, tells her that she tried to take her own life because of personal issues. What happens when she discovers the dark secrets about her husband?
