Ajay Devgn starrer Son Of Sardaar 2 was slated to release on July 25, 2025. But, looking at the Saiyaara fever, the makers decided to postpone the release date by a week, and it will now hit the big screens on August 1, 2025. On Tuesday, the makers launched the second trailer of the film, and it gives us some more details about the movie.
The second trailer properly introduces Neeru Bajwa's character and explains what the storyline of the film will be. However, netizens have given a mixed response to the new trailer of Son Of Sardaar 2.

Son of Sardaar 2 Cast
Son Of Sardaar 2 is a spiritual sequel to the 2012 release Son Of Sardaar, which was a hit at the box office. Apart from Ajay Devgn, the movie also stars Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Mukul Dev, Neeru Bajwa, Deepak Dobriyal, Kubbra Sait, Chunky Panday, Vindu Dara Singh, and Ashwini Kalsekar.
Sanjay Dutt was supposed to play a parallel lead in the SOS 2, like the first instalment, but due to some visa issues, the former couldn't travel and shoot for the movie. So, Ravi Kishan was roped in for the role.
Dutt shared the new trailer on Instagram and gave good wishes to the team. He posted, "All the best Raju for Son of Sardaar 2, it would've been fun doing this one together too @ajaydevgn."
Son of Sardaar 2 won't be getting a solo release on August 1 as Karan Johar's production venture Dhadak 2 is also slated to release on the same day.
