You might have seen Shreyas with all the trappings of an actor, performer and an entertainer doing comedy and serious roles as well. However, what you may be unaware of is the fact that he loves doing action films and more than that, he loves doing all the stunts himself.
On the sets of his ongoing TV show, ‘My Name Ijj Lakhan’, the director suggested for a body double to be used for some of the action scenes which had to be shot with Shreyas. But, the actor declined and rather preferred to do the stunts himself.
“It is always fun shooting action. I love doing all my stunts myself. Just like you need good timing in comedy, you need precise timing in action as well. One wrong move can sometimes cost you a lot. This challenge is what drives me to do more of it. It has always been a tremendous learning experience while training for the action sequences and doing them intricately in front of the camera,” Shreyas said.
On work front, Shreyas will next be seen in a serious avatar in director Ashwini Chaudhary’s ‘Setters’ and a slice-of-life light-hearted family entertainer titled ‘Teen Do Paanch’.
