The actress was rushed to a private hospital in Andheri on Friday by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, and close friends. However, according to hospital officials, Shefali was declared brought dead upon arrival.

The tragic incident has left the entertainment industry and her fans in shock. Heart-wrenching visuals from outside the hospital have surfaced online, showing Parag visibly shattered and inconsolable.
