In a shocking turn of events, actress Shefali Jariwala passed away on Friday (June 27), in Mumbai, at the age of 42 due to cardiac arrest. The actress was reportedly rushed to a local hospital but she was declared dead on arrival.
According to reports, the actress was Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai on Friday night by her husband Parag Tyagi and their close friends. While she was taken to the emergency unit, doctors declared her 'brought dead'.
The hospital receptionist confirmed the news with the media.
Shefali's body has now been sent to Cooper Hospital for post mortem, and the reports are awaited.
Her sudden demise has left the entire entertainment industry shocked and bereaved. Her family is yet to issue an official statement on her demise. Meanwhile, fans have started pouring in condolence messages for the family.
