After the names of renowned celebrities like Nana Patekar, Alok Nath, Vikas Behl, Sajid Khan, Subhash Ghai have been surfaced under the MeToo movement, the new entry in the list of alleged harassers is Shah Rukh Khan’s old friend producer Karim Morani.
As per the reports of Republic World, a Delhi based actor claimed that Shah Rukh Khan’s friend Karim Morani drugged, raped and blackmailed her.
While recounting the incident from 2015, the survivor quoted by Republic World said, “Morani came home around 7 pm with a bottle of wine. I didn’t drink but he forced me to drink. Next thing I know, I wake up at 4 am. I was numb and shocked. Physically and mentally, I was in a state of shock. Karim was not there. I saw there were marks on my body when I woke up.”
When asked about the same, Morani reportedly laughed at the woman. Adding to the same, she said, “Morani told me he clicked my pictures. He said if you try and call anyone, I’ll get you killed by the underworld. Morani was linked to the underworld.”
The woman also confessed that Morani confined, raped her and had told that Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan were in the other room.
Expressing her disappointment about SRK’s support to Morani, she said, “I don’t know how SRK could work with him. I don’t want to drag SRK into this but how can such an icon work with this 2G accused and support a man like this. Nobody spoke out about me or backed me up. How can top actors like SRK work with him?”
