Singer-actress Selena Gomez has finally decided to take the plunge with boyfriend and music producer Benny Blanco after years of dating. If reports are to be believed, the two are all set to get married in September this year in California.
According to Daily Mail, Selena and Benny will have an intimate wedding, which will be attended only by their closest friends and family members. It will be two-day celebration, and not much has been revealed about the venue and theme yet.
Reportedly, the couple has already sent out wedding invitations via e-mail, and a week-long celebration for some select guests is also expected, as the invite mentions carrying "overnight bags" for the guests.
Neither Selena nor Benny have reacted to the reports of their wedding yet. The couple is yet to officially announce the wedding date.
It was in December 2024 when Selena and Benny had surprised their fans with the news of their engagement. They dropped loved up photos on social media in which the singer was seen flaunting a massive diamond rock on her finger.
For those unversed, Selena and Benny have been friends for several years now, and they first worked together back in 2015 on the former's album, Same Old Love. However, it was only around 2023 that cupid struck the two and they began dating.
In December 2023, Selena opened up about their relationship, revealing they had been dating for six months. In a heartfelt Instagram post at the time, Gomez referred to Blanco as "my absolute everything" and declared that he had been "the best thing that's ever happened to me."
