Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju’s trailer was released and audiences are giving a solid response to the flick on Sanjay Dutt’s life. Well, the trailer has shown many glimpses of many characters who have had appeared in Sanjay Dutt’s life in different-different stages. Amid all, there is Vicky Kaushal, who is playing Sanju’s best friend in the film. But, the real-life inspiration surrounding his character has been shrouded in mystery.
After unveiling the poster of Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, everyone thought that Vicky is seen playing Sanjay Dutt’s old friend and actor Kumar Gaurav as it was reported. However, after seeing his Gujarati accent in the trailer, it seems like his character is still under the mysterious box.
While speaking about the character, Vicky told Times Now, “I am playing one of his (Sanjay) very very close friends in the film who has been with him since the time of Rocky and continues to be an integral part of his life.”
Well, we must say that their friendship stood out in Sanju trailer. Apart from Vicky and Ranbir, Sanju also stars Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Jim Sarbh, Boman Irani and Sayaji Shinde. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Sanju is all set to release on June 29, 2018.
