Khan family’s son-in-law Aayush Sharma’s debut film LoveYatri has finally hit the screens. To mark this grand launch, Salman Khan along with family promoted the film with much dedication. However, chief supremo Salim Khan didn’t let LoveYatri to release in their hometown Indore.
As per the reports in Bollywood Life, Salman Khan didn’t let LoveYatri to release in Indore to show his solidarity towards the industry’s fight against the imposition of Entertainment Tax over and above GST. For his support to the fight, Trade analyst, Exhibitor-distributor, Akshaye Rathi writes on Twitter, “Huge respect for #SalimKhan saab! He hasn’t released his son in law’s film (#LoveYatri) in his own town (#Indore) in order to support the film fraternity’s protest against the imposition of entertainment tax over and above GST. Hope the municipal corporation understands & helps.”
Salim Khan has always been putting his opinion on various issues that happen in the society. Earlier, when distributors demanded the return of money after Tubelight’s underwhelming response, Salim Khan and Salman Khan made sure their demands were meted out.
