Actress Aneet Padda, who is enjoying the success of her debut film as a lead actress, Saiyaara, was spotted in Mumbai on Wednesday. Several photos and videos of the actress has been doing the rounds on social media, however, what caught everyone's attention was Aneet avoiding paps and not waiting to pose for selfies with fans.
Recently, Aneet was spotted outside a salon in Mumbai. Soon after she stepped out, paps panned their cameras towards her, expecting her to pose. But much to their disappointment, Aneet stepped inside her car and didn't interact with them.
A few fans also waited outside the salon to take selfies with her but she did not stop for them. In fact, Aneet was spotted covering her face with a mask.
While some netizens called her out saying, "Attitude toh dekho iska abhi itna hai aage kya hoga," others defended the actress.
Meanwhile, Aneet is receiving rave reviews from fans and critics for her performance in Mohit Suri's Saiyaara. In the film, she plays the role of Vaani, an aspiring lyricist who falls in love with singer Krish Kapoor, played by Ahaan Panday.
It wouldn't be wrong to say that she is the newest Bollywood sensation. Saiyaara has taken the box office by storm, and one of the main reasons is the impactful and heartbreaking performances by both Aneet and Ahaan.
Within less than a week of its release, Saiyaara has earned over Rs 150 crore at the box office.
Who is Aneet Padda?
Aneet made her acting debut with Kajol, Vishal Jethwa and Priyamani's Salaam Venky. In the film, which released in 2022, Aneet played the role of Nandini.
In 2024, she starred in Nithya Mehra's web series Big Girls Don't Cry where she played the role of Roohi Ahuja.
