Debutante Ahaan Panday, who is currently basking in the humongous success of his film, Saiyaara, revealed in a video how he spent seven years of his life growing up in a corridor of his house. In one of the videos on sister Alanna Panday's YouTube channel, he also revealed how he smoked his first cigarette when he was only aged 15.
In the video, Ahaan said that he was the "least pampered" child in the Panday household. "I lived in a corridor for 7 years of my life," he said and when Alanna interrupted and said that it was a room, Ahaan explained, "It was a room built in a corridor. It was a corridor first. One side was the exit, and the other side were my dad and Dadi’s bedrooms. I was in the passageway. Everyone would see me in my towel everyday."
In the same video, Ahaan left Alanna aghast when he blurted that she made him try his first cigarette when he was only 15. He recalled how she had called him in her bathroom and had made him smoke a cigarette.

A flabbergasted Alanna said, "You can’t say this sh*t man. He’s lying. He’s making me sound like such a bad sister. I was just excited that I had discovered something and I wanted to share it with him."
To that, Ahaan sarcastically responded, "I was 15. I had underdeveloped lungs and you are giving me cigarettes, all out of love."

Meanwhile, Ahaan has emerged to be the GenZ star with the success of his film, Saiyaara, which has taken the nation by storm. Also starring Aneet Padda and directed by Mohit Suri, the film has shattered records at the box office to register the biggest opening day figures for a romantic film in India. Within four days, it has already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark, and the craze won't be dying down anytime soon.
