Actor Ram Kapoor stunned his fans after he recently underwent a drastic 55 kg weight loss transformation and shared his photos on social media. However, he was also subjected to trolling after netizens assumed that he underwent surgeries to lose weight. Some also believed that he opted for Ozempic.

On Wednesday (February 5), the Bade Ache Lagte Hai actor shared a video to dismiss claims of surgery or Ozempic and stated that his physical transformation is a result of his 'hard work'.

Taking to his official Instagram account, Ram shared a video in which he is seen flexing his muscles in a sleeveless t-shirt.

Reacting to trolling after news of his physical transformation surfaced, Ram said, "Apparently after all this news has gone viral, lot of people are coming to me non stop and basically thinking that I have done something or taken Ozempic or other drugs or surgery. First there is nothing wrong in it but now is less than 30 seconds, I want to prove that I have done nothing."

The 51-year-old actor then showed his biceps to show fans, stating that only his hard work has helped him achieve this.

"I have no best body. The point is, this kind of transformation requires hard work and long, long hours... no shortcuts, no surgery, no Ozempic. That only does weight loss, not this. Right? Within four to six months, I am going to get a rock solid six-pack with blocks. That has to be done the hard way. Get it! But anyone who has done Ozempic or surgery, so what? Good for you all," he added.

"Now do you believe me …?" he captioned the video. Take a look:

A few days back, Ram stated that he weighed 140 kg. He added that he opted for the 'old fashioned way' comprising of healthy diet and exercise.

Ram shared that he now feels like his "25-year-old self" again, and that he can walk for 12 hours now without stopping. "It’s a complete turnaround from where I was," he gushed.
