Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 has finally released. Ever since the launch of the trailer, people were dying to see Rajini and Akshay combination on the silver screen. The film has already received a humungous response on the ticket windows as it brought the audience on a huge number for advance bookings. However, even before its release, 2.0 created record as it has beaten big films like Baahubali and Avengers: Infinity War. As per an entertainment expert Ramesh Bala, Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s magnum opus created a record before its release.

In a recent tweet of Ramesh Bala, he mentioned that the advance tickets of 2.0 have been sold at the huge number on BookMyShow aka BMS which is more than previous blockbusters like Baahubali and Avengers: Infinity War. Ramesh wrote, “1 million tickets sold in BMS in advance for #2Point0 More than # Avengers, #Baahubali 1”

It seems like the anticipation for the film will witness huge numbers and housefull boards at the box office. If one assumes the average ticket price to be Rs 250, the film has already added Rs 25 crore to its kitty, which is phenomenal, to say the least. Meanwhile, 2.0 also stars Amy Jackson in an important role, will feature never-seen-before VFX. 2.0, a sequel to the 2010 film Robot and it has been released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi languages in 2D and 3D formats.
