It is Ram Charan's 40th birthday today, and the makers of RC16 revealed the title of the film, and unveiled the first look. The movie is titled Peddi and Ram is seen in a totally mass, rough and tough avatar. In one of the posters, he is seen lighting a cigarette and giving an intense look to the camera. While of course fans of Ram have loved the posters and they are going crazy on social media, some netizens have compared the first look with Allu Arjun's Pushpa.

Janhvi Kapoor In Peddi
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi also stars Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role. It will be her second Telugu film after Devara which was released last year. However, the actress didn't have a prominent role in the Jr NTR starrer, so let's see if she has a good role in Peddi or not.
Ram Charan's Game Changer Was A Disaster At The Box Office
Meanwhile, Ram Charan's last film, Game Changer, had failed to make a mark at the box office. The movie, which was reportedly made on a budget of Rs. 450 crore, only collected Rs. 131.17 crore (all languages) at the box office. It also starred Kiara Advani in the lead role. So, after a disaster like Game Changer, fans of Ram Charan are expecting that he will make a strong comeback with Peddi.
