Bollywood actors Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra, who became proud parents to a baby girl on July 15, have urged the paparazzi to respect their newborn's privacy. The couple sent out sweet boxes to the media, along with a heartfelt note requesting them not to click pictures of their daughter.
On Thursday (July 17), paparazzo Viral Bhayani shared a video offering a glimpse of the beautifully packed boxes. The note on it read, "Our Baby Girl is here! Just a little something sweet to celebrate this special moment." The couple further added, "No pictures please, only blessings - Kiara & Sidharth."

Sidharth also took to his Instagram account to and wrote on his story, "We're so grateful for all the love and wishes; our hearts are truly full."
He added, "As we take our first steps into this new journey of parenthood, we hope to enjoy it intimately as a family. It would mean a lot to us if this special time could stay private. So, No Photos Please, Only Blessings! Thank you for your support."
On July 16, the couple announced the arrival of their little one officially. They shared a post which read, "Our hearts are full and our world forever changed. We are blessed with a baby girl."
The post went viral within minutes of them sharing it and congratulatory wishes poured in for the couple from Bollywood celebs as well as their fans.
Netizens also pointed out that mommy Kiara and her little one share the same birthday month.
Kiara and Sidharth tied the knot in a dreamy ceremony in February 2023 after dating for several years, and their wedding video had become one of the most-liked posts on social media. In February 2025, they took everyone by surprise as they dropped a picture of two tiny knitted socks and announced that they were set to welcome their first child.
"The greatest gift of our lives...Coming soon (sic)," they had written along with the photo.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kiara will be seen in an all new avatar in War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in the lead. The film is slated to hit the silver screens during the Independence Day weekend. War 2 has been directed by Ayan Mukerji.
On the other hand, Sidharth is gearing up for the release of his next, titled Param Sundari, a cross-cultural romance, co-starring Janhvi Kapoor. The film will release in theatres in August.
