Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning was released on Saturday (May 17, 2025). The Tom Cruise starrer is the last instalment in the Mission Impossible franchise, and the fans were excited for the film. The movie took a good start at the box office in India with a collection of Rs. 16.50 crore. It was expected that on day 2, Mission Impossible 8 will show a good jump, but that didn't happen.

According to Sacnilk, on its day 2, Sunday, the film collected Rs. 17.69 crore, taking the two-day total to Rs. 34.19 crore. Well, the collection is strictly decent as it was expected that the movie will at least open to Rs. 20 crore and later show a jump on its second day. The two-day collection should have been around Rs. 40-45 crore.

Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning had a Saturday release, so as weekend it only had 2 days for the collection. Now, today (Monday), it will show a drop, but to sustain at the box office, it should collect a double digital number. Anything less than Rs. 10 crore will surely be disappointing.

Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part One Box Office Collection

Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part One had collected Rs. 110.30 crore at the box office. So, let's wait and watch whether Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning will be able to surpass that amount or not.

Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning Reviews

Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning received mixed to positive review. Free Press Journal's reviewer gave the film 3.5 stars and wrote, "The film is both a celebration and a mourning of analog heroes in a digital world, of loyalty in an age of algorithmic betrayal. Cruise doesn’t just act; he lunges through each frame with a ferocity that borders metaphysical. Is he trying to outrun death, obsolescence, or just the end credits? Hard to say. But while many franchises limp to the finish line, this one barrel-rolls across it with flames in its wake."
