In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande was seen getting into an ugly spat with Firoza aka Khanzaadi, after the latter took a dig at the former being a television actress. The Pavitra Rishta fame was seen taking a stand for the entire small screen industry, but this did not go down well with TV producer Sandiip Sikcand.
During the episode, Ankita was seen lashing out at Khanzaadi after she demeaned the profession of television actors and the medium, at large. She was also heard telling the rapper that she must not forget Bigg Boss 17 too airs of television.
While several other television actors inside the house as well as outside lauded Ankita for her stand, Sandiip penned a hardhitting note, taking a dig at the actress.
Sandiip Sikcand asks Ankita to 'shut up'
After the episode was aired on TV, Sandiip took to his Instagram handle to share a note which did not take any names but read, "All these TV actors who are suddenly talking about their LOVE for TV and their profession... I wonder where does that love go when they dole out 3 & 4 hours (of the agreed 12 hours) for a shoot, when they demand script changes, when they have ridiculous demands on dialogues and at the end of it, if they sign a film or an event or even an ad, the TV commitment goes straight out of the window."
He went on to say, "So my request is to kindly SHUT UP! There are just very few actors who genuinely respect & acknowledge TV & they never have to shout and make a scene about it... #theloudestvoiceisnotalwaystrue."
Not just that, but he also shared another post in which alongside a picture of Ankita from Bigg Boss 17, he wrote, "Full on headache", with an angry emoticon.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan too was seen reprimanding Khanzaadi for her behaviour and incessant fights inside the Bigg Boss 17 house during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
