Actress Khushi Kapoor is currently gearing up for her first theatrical release Loveyapa, alongside Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan, recently opened up about undergoing lip fillers and a nose job. She stated that she was earlier 'scared' to accept it but now feels more open about her cosmetic enhancements and feels that it is not a 'big deal.'
Appearing on Curly Tales' video, Khushi said that many people are reluctant to admit undergoing cosmetic procedures due to the fear of receiving hate, but she added that there will be hate regardless. "Plastic is seen as the biggest insult you can give someone but I don't think it's bad if someone gets work done and stuff like that," she added
Khushi expressed her disappointment with people who undergo cosmetic procedures but claim, "I woke up like this" or "I'm completely natural."

"You're setting an unrealistic standard of beauty. It's unfair to like younger girls and boys who look up to you and they think 'oh, I don't look like that,' 'why can't I look like that' but it's because so much effort has gone into it you know you have a team, so many people, facials and there's so many new new things, skincare that you can do to look a certain way and not everyone knows that," she added.
Khushi said that she didn’t view admitting to her cosmetic procedures as a big deal, which is why she responded to a random comment
When asked about what made her accept about her procedures, Khushi said that she understood the perspective of others, and decided to be open about her choices as people were already calling her "plastic" and claiming she had undergone procedures she hadn't even done.
"It's not a big deal whether I've done the ten things they think I have or not I'm still the same person so it really doesn't matter," she concluded.
