Abhishek Kapoor’s upcoming movie Kedarnath which stars Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput has been in the news lately as they launched the trailer a few weeks ago. The trailer touches upon the love story between Sushant a Muslim boy and Sara a Hindu girl. As they are from different religious backgrounds their relationship is termed as unacceptable by people around. Apart from that, the trailer shows the magnificent beauty of Uttarakhand captured beautifully in the lens. However, in a recent interview with DNA, Abhishek revealed how he and the crew faced a tough time while shooting at the real locations.
While shooting at a very high point in the Himalayas, the cast and crew faced extreme weather conditions, snow and they even faced a real storm on the sets. “One of the sequences had to be shot in rain and storm. So, we had arranged a snow and storm creator machine. But on the day of the shoot, we faced a real and an unexpected squall. The cast and crew showed enough courage and continued shooting. Those scenes will be shown in the movie,” Abhishek Kapoor told.
Abhishek also revealed that because of the cold climate the crew used to arrange for hot water buckets just to maintain their body temperature in between shot. Talking about the movie, Kedarnath is releasing on December 7.
