Kareena Kapoor Khan has been inactive on social media since her husband, Saif Ali Khan, was stabbed on January 16 at their Bandra residence. A 2.5-inch blade fragment was surgically removed from his spine after a five-hour surgery. On Saturday, the 44-year-old actress shared a cryptic note, stating, "Theories and assumptions of situations in life are not realities."

Kareena Kapoor Khan has not been active on social media since her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, was stabbed on January 16, 2025, at their Bandra residence in Mumbai. Following the attack, a 2.5-inch piece of the blade was surgically removed from his spine after a five-hour-long procedure at Lilavati Hospital.

On Saturday, Kareena shared a cryptic note on her Instagram story, stating how one never truly understands a situation until it happens in real life. She also pointed out that "theories and assumptions" about a situation are not the same as reality.

The quote read, "You'll never truly understand Marriages, Divorces, Anxieties, Childbirth, Death of a loved one, Parenting... Until it actually happens to you, Theories and assumptions of situations in life are not realities. You think you are smarter than most until life humbles you when it's your turn."

Meanwhile, on January 19, Mumbai Police arrested the attacker, identified as Bangladeshi national Shareeful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir for stabbing Saif.

Before stabbing Saif, the attacker allegedly attacked the nanny, and demanded Rs 1 crore.

After the incident, Saif and Kareena, have urged the paparazzi to avoid clicking photos of their sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, wherever they are spotted.

Further, Saif and Kareena also requested paps not to stand outside their Bandra residence as they usually do, photographing them while leaving or returning to their home. It was also conveyed that whenever Saif and Kareena are spotted at public events, the paparazzi are allowed to click their photos.
