Bigg Boss 18 faces Karan Veer Mehra and Chum Darang, popularly called 'ChumVeer' by their fans, have officially confirmed that they are in a relationship. On Valentine's Day, Chum and Karan publically declared their love by posting an adorable video together much to the delight of their fans.
On February 14, the couple shared a video in which Karan can be seen confessing his love for chum. In the video, Chum asked Karan, “What were you saying about the roses?” To that, Karan replied, “Roses are red, violates are blue, I don’t care about anybody, but I love you.” Chum then replied Karan with a thumbs up, and it was enough to confirm the rumours around their relationship.
Chum also shared a slew of photos from her Valentine's Day celebration with Karan, and in one of the photos, the couple's cute picture can be seen placed on a table with roses around them. "Valentine’s Day it was! Thank you you (sic)," Chum captioned the post, sending all 'ChumVeer' fans into a tizzy.

Let us take you back to the moment when it all began. Karan and Chum met each other for the first time inside the Bigg Boss 18 house as contestants. The two hit it off instantly, and within the first few weeks itself, became the best of friends inside the house.
Soon, love blossomed between the two, however, it was Karan who first confessed his feelings to Chum on national television. When the other contestants, and even host Salman Khan, questioned about the palpable chemistry between them, Karan admitted, "Yes, I like her, and she knows it."
However, Chum then revealed that she was earlier in a relationship for 10 years, and chances are that she might get back with her ex-boyfriend. But that did not deter Karan, and the two continued to remain the thickest of buddies inside the house.
Towards the end of the season, Chum, on several occasions, was caught admitting that she too had feelings for Karan but she would address them only once the show was over and they were outside the house.
On the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18, Chum was declared the fourth runner-up, while Karan was announced to be the winner of the show, and the first person he ran to hug post lifting the trophy was the Badhaai Do actress.

Once the show was over, Karan and Chum seemed to be inseparable and they were spotted attending almost every party and celebration together.
From partying with Farah Khan to attending Javed Akhtar's birthday bash, 'ChumVeer' were spotted at all events together. Even as Chum celebrated the third anniversary of her film Badhaai Do with Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, Karan was seen right by her side throughout the bash, and it only time that the two finally made their relationship official on Valentine's Day.
For those unversed, Karan was earlier married twice. In 2009, he got married to his childhood sweetheart Devika, but they parted ways in 2018. In 2021, he tied the knot with actress Nidhi Seth, however, the marriage was shortlived. They got divorced in 2023.
