Real estate in Mumbai is what many fancy, but given the fair share of fame celebrities receive, they are surely to book a square or two in the tinsel town. Located in some of the posh location in Mumbai we take a look at these lavish abodes owned by names like Kangana Ranaut, Irrfan Khan and more.

Kangana Ranaut

The Queen of Bollywood is the owner of a bungalow in the prestigious area of Pali Hill, in Bandra. Kangana spent a whopping amount of Rs 20.7 crore to get her dream home customized. The bungalow is ground plus three-storey structure for which the actress paid Rs 1.03 Crore as stamp duty.

Irrfan Khan

One of the finest actors of Bollywood, Irrfan Khan has the most magnificent abode in Mumbai’s Oshiwara area. A house that is nothing less than a beauty, has the backing of interior designer Shabnam Gupta. The living room dons a swing, and a Turkish bathtub as well. Irrfan has a fascination with mirrors and has an entire wall with them.

A house that overlooks the Arabian Sea is ought to be a splurging residence. One such home in Juhu belongs to one of the richest actor’s in Bollywood, Akshay Kumar. From the drafting to the architecture, everything has been done by Twinkle, who believes in decorating her home with things that have beautiful stories. Keeping the tradition alive from Twinkle’s childhood home Aashirwad, this one also has a mango tree.

Alia Bhatt

Alia Bhatt is one of the youngest stars on our list, and boy she owns a fabulous residence. Her home in Mumbai has been a canvas for Shaandaar director Vikas Bahl’s wife Richa who designed it for Alia. The house matches the Raazi actress’ vibes and is all about colours and comfort.

Hrithik Roshan

Bollywood’s hunk John Abraham is lucky to have his own brother Alan design the luxurious penthouse the actor owns in Bandra. The chic duplex is located on the 7th and 8th floors of a building facing the Arabian Sea, and is rightfully called ‘Villa in the sky”.

Sanjay Dutt

After several trials and tribulations, Sanjay Dutt has become a family man and lives at peace in his home at the leafy precinct of Pali Hill, in Mumbai’s Bandra area. From expensive interiors to a touch from the past, Sanju’s home is just as filmy as him.

Farhan Akhtar

The Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor lives in a sprawling bungalow named Vipassana in Bandra, which is in line with other Bollywood stars as well. Akhtar’s home is a massive 10,000 square feet and is a rather unusual setting with mismatched furniture and quirky interiors.

Shahid Kapoor

Bollywood’s chocolate boy is all set to welcome his baby number two with wife Mira Rajput. Having another family member on board would mean more space for the family. Keeping it in mind, Shahid has purchased a duplex in Worli for Rs 56 crore where Abhishek Bachchan and Akshay Kumar already own houses. The actor has bought the 42nd and 43rd floors in the building Three Sixty West.
