War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, is just a few days away from release, starring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, and Jr NTR in lead roles. On Sunday (August 10), a pre-release event was held in Hyderabad, where Jr NTR, who enjoys a massive fan following in the city, was celebrated as his fans adorned a giant War 2 cut-out poster with an enormous floral garland ahead of the event.
Massive Garland Hung, Crackers Burst
In the video, Jr NTR's fans can be seen using a crane to place the massive garland on his poster. Alongside, fans were bursting crackers in celebration.
Reportedly, the makers have decided to skip multiple pre-release events and will hold only one grand promotional event, which is currently taking place in Hyderabad.

War 2 Faces CBFC Cuts, Edits
Ahead of War's release, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has made several changes to the film, including audio and visual cuts.
The CBFC did not request any cuts to the action sequences but asked the makers to mute 'inappropriate references' in both audio and visuals. Changes were made in 6 places, including replacing an 'obscene' dialogue and deleting a two-second 'obscene' gesture.
The board also asked for a 50% reduction in sensual visuals, which in duration amounts to 9 seconds, likely referring to Kiara's bikini scene in the song Aavan Jaavan.
War 2 is set to release on Independence Day, August 14, alongside Rajinikanth’s Coolie, setting up a major box office clash between the two big films.
The movie is a part of the YRF Spy Universe.
