Saif Ali Khan has been in the news for the past few weeks because of the incident that happened at his house. A burglar had entered Saif’s house, and later he attacked the actor. Saif was stabbed and he was rushed to the Lilavati Hospital. The burglar has been arrested, and Mumbai Police has claimed that he a man from Bangladesh. After the incident, Saif has been clicked by the paparazzi twice, once when he was discharged, and later he was clicked with Kareena outside his house.
However today, the actor made his first professional appearance post the stabbing incident. Saif was seen at the Netflix slate announcement where his movie Jewel Thief’s teaser was launched.
While talking on stage, Saif said, “Well, it feels very nice to be standing here (gives a big smile) in front of you, and it feels very nice to be here. I am very excited about this movie. Siddharth and I have been talking about this movie from a long time, and I wanted to do a heist film, and a film like this. I couldn’t have asked for a better co-star. So, basically, I love the movie and I am very excited.”
Well, Saif is known for his sense of humour, and here also he didn’t hesitate to take a dig at himself, by stating that he feels nice to be standing there on stage.
Talking about Jewel Thief, the teaser of the movie is quite interesting. It is a heist thriller, and also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Nikita Dutta in the lead roles. The teaser doesn’t give out much about the storyline. But, we are quite excited to see what the movie offers.
Meanwhile, there have been reports that Saif will also be seen in Race 4 which will start rolling in mid-this year. The movie will also star Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role. But, Race 4 is not yet officially announced.
