India's Got Latent has been making it to the headlines for the past few days after Ranveer Allahbadia's obscene remark on the show went viral. There have been multiple FIRs filed against Ranveer and Samay Raina, and reportedly, the cops have summoned them for investigation.
Now, ANI has shared a video in which the show's video editor Pratham Sagar has reached Khar police station for investigation. Check out the video below...
The controversy started when Ranveer on India's Got Latent asked a contestant, "Would you rather watch your parents have sex for your entire life or join them and stop it for once?" This remark didn't go down well with people and netizens started bashing him.
Soon, there were multiple FIRs filed against Ranveer and Samay. The very next day, Ranveer shared a video in which he apologized. In the video, he said, "I shouldn't have said what I said on India's got latent. I'm sorry. My comment wasn't just inappropriate, it was not even funny. Comedy is not my forte, I am just here to say sorry."
"Obviously this is not how I wish to use it. I am not going to give any context or justification or reasoning behind whatever happened. I am just here for an apology. I personally had a lapse in judgement. It wasn't cool on my part," he added.
The particular episode was removed by YouTube, and later Samay posted on his Instagram story that he has removed all the episodes of India's Got Latent. A lot of celebs like Rakhi Sawant, Uorfi Javed, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and more have been a part of the show as guests, and now, reportedly, many episodes featuring Mallika Sherawat, Farah Khan and others were shot. However, according to reports, they are scrapped.
