Link-up and break-up rumours are an occupational harzard for celebs it seems. And now it’s actress Alia Bhatt who has openly quashed all her dating rumours with co-stars. Alia, who is just three-films old, has already been linked with her co-stars including Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor but the actress insists that she is single since the past two years!
“My fans should not get affected by my link-up rumours with my co-stars. All these are baseless as I have not been dating anyone since the last two years. I am very much single,” Alia said at a promotional event of her upcoming film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ where she was seen with her co-actor Varun Dhawan.
The 20-year-old Alia made her debut in Bollywood with ‘Student Of The Year’, and later starred in films like ‘Highway’ and ‘2 States’ both of which got her much appreciation. When asked about the kind of films she wants to do next, the youngest of the Bhatt clan said, “I want to do an out-and-out comedy now.”
What’s more, the social media is flooded with jokes on her general knowledge thanks to filmmaker Karan Johar’s show ‘Koffee with Karan’. When the actress was asked about it she told the reporters at the event that she doesn’t get upset by them.
“I don’t get upset by the jokes on me. Rather they entertain me to a great level,” Alia said. Hmm… like father, like daughter… Alia too doesn’t shy away from having straightforward talks!
