Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna are currently busy with the promotions of their film, Sikandar. The duo was spotted in Mumbai on Sunday evening (March 30), just hours after the film's theatrical release. While several pictures and videos from their appearance are making waves on social media, one particular clip has gone viral, grabbing the attention of netizens.
In the viral video, Salman is seen posing for the paparazzi while Rashmika steps out of her car. However, before the Animal actress could fully exit, Salman appears to 'pull' her out, a moment that has sparked criticism from social media users. Many netizens pointed this out, questioning the actor's gesture.
"Why he mishave with her?" a user asked on Instagram. Another commented under the video, "Why did he pull her hand away like that?"
"He forced her to come out and take a picture," read a comment. While Rashmika has not reacted to the video yet, a fan wrote, "Looks like she was not comfortable with that behaviour."
"That's disrespectful. She is clearly not comfortable with his act," wrote another user.
"Y he is dragging her out?" asked another person and "Car se khich ke bahar nikala," wrote a fan.
Fans defend Salman Khan
Several users also defended the actor and asked what's wrong with just holding her hand. "Ha to kya hua hath pakar liya isme itna mark kar kar ke notice karne wali konsi baat ho gayi..bas kuch bhi dikh na chahiye inko mark kar kar k uska he news banate rahenge," read a comment.
Defending Salman, a fan wrote, "Rashmika's leg is injured. They are helping."
"Nothing wrong in it! He just pulled her back for pictures together," read a third comment.

Salamn and Rashmika have shared screen space together for the first time in AR Murugadoss' Sikandar, which hit the big screens on the occasion of Eid on March 30.
On the first day, the film earned Rs 26 crore in India, which is less that the first day collection of Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika's Chhaava. The film also could not beat Salman's last release, Tiger Zinda Hai, which had earned Rs 33 crore on its first day.
