Plot
The series follows Dexter Morgan, who faked his death ten years ago during a hurricane and relocated to the fictional small town of Iron Lake, New York. There, he assumes the identity of Jim Lindsay, a clerk at a local sporting goods store. Initially, he enjoys a peaceful life and enters into a romantic relationship with the town’s police chief. However, his new life is disrupted when his estranged son unexpectedly returns. As strange incidents begin to occur around Iron Lake, Dexter's dark secrets are at risk of being exposed. The unfolding events and their consequences are revealed throughout the series.
