Plot
The plot of the film is set against the backdrop of India's evolving journalism industry and follows a crime reporter named Joy Bad, portrayed by Manoj Bajpayee. Joy lives in Mumbai and works for a news channel, Despatch. The story intensifies when Joy learns about the murder of a drug lord and a real estate scam connected to the 2G spectrum scandal, prompting him to launch an investigation into both cases.
As Joy delves deeper into his work, he struggles to balance his professional responsibilities with his personal life. The situation escalates when he receives a threatening phone call from an unknown person, and his apartment is attacked by anonymous assailants. What will Joy do next?
