Yesterday, People magazine shared the first photos from Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding. The pictures as expected looked straight out from a fairy tale. Apparently People magazine paid a whopping amount of Rs 18 crore to Priyanka and Nick for the exclusive rights of their wedding album.
Let us tell you that Priyanka and Nick are not the only celebrity couple who sold their photos for millions. Apart from them there are 4 other Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities who cracked the same deal.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries
Even though Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ marriage lasted for only 2 months. Kim sold the rights of her wedding photos to People and Hello magazine. People magazine paid $1.5 million for the couple’s wedding pics, while the amount paid by Hello was never revealed.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel got married in the year 2012. People’s magazine paid a huge amount of $300,000 for their exclusive wedding images and interviews.
George Clooney and Amal Clooney
Although the price was not reveled it is stated that till date, George and Amal Clooney’s wedding pictures were sold at the highest rate. Their pictures were sold to People and Hello magazine. The money from the magazines went to charity.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja
Sonam and Anand’s nuptials were a big fat Indian wedding. While Vogue did share the exclusive pictures from the wedding, Sonam and Anand posted pictures from their weddings on their respective social handle way before Vogue released the wedding pictures.
