Legendary singer Asha Bhosle's granddaughter Zanai Bhosle celebrated her 23rd birthday recently and pictures from the grand celebration are doing the rounds on social media platforms. A couple of days back, Zanai took to her official Instagram account to give a glimpse of her star-studded birthday bash in Bandra, Mumbai. However, what caught the attention of netizens was one particular picture of Zanai with cricketer Mohammed Siraj.
Zanai's birthday dump featured a picture with her grandmother Asha Bhosle and actor Jackie Shroff. In another photo, she is seen posing with actress and former Bigg Boss contestant Ayesha Khan.
Another photo shows her with cricketers Shreyas Iyer and Siddhesh Lad. The second picture in her post is with Siraj. It is a candid photo in which they are adorably looking at each other.
The said picture has been widely shared on social media and Reddit users feel that they are dating each other.
Netizens react to Zanai and Siraj's photo
Soon after Zanai shared the post, netizens flooded the comments section with mentions of Siraj. While a few users asked when are they getting married, others wondered if they are dating. Fans of Siraj also went to the extent of calling Zanai 'bhabhi'.
"Are you going to marry siraj bhaijaan?" a user asked. Another user wrote, "DSP sahab is like — yaha mae pigal gaya."
"Ab to confirm he bhabhi DSP Siraj bhabhi phle se shak tha," read another comment.
"Bhabi ne sirf Gujrat Titans ko follow kiya kyu k dsp hai iss bar Gujarat me," a fan wrote in the comments section.
Their photo was also posted on Reddit with the title - 'Mohammd Siraj is dating Shraddha Kapoor’s cousin sister Zanai Bhosle." Reacting to the post, a user wrote, "I know her personally, she isn’t dating Siraj."
"Yes there were other people but she shared this picture from her post separately on her story. She always comments on his posts," read another comment.
In October 2024, Siraj was appointed as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Zanai is all set to make her cinematic debut. She will be seen essaying the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's wife Rani Sai Bhonsale in filmmaker Sandeep Ssingh, 'The Pride of Bharat - Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj'. The announcement was made in March 2024.
Zanai is also a singer and dancer. She started singing when she was 10 years old. In her YouTube bio, she has written, "Guitar, basketball, dance and drama have always been a major part of who I am."
