Veteran actress and politician Jaya Bachchan snapped at a man who came too close to her to take a selfie outside the Constitution Club in Delhi. Several videos of the actress have been doing the rounds on social media platforms.
In one of the videos, the actress and Samajwadi Party (SP) MP looks visibly irked and is heard saying, "Kya kar rahe hai aap? What is this?" The man is seen apologising to her in the video.

Soon after the video surfaced, netizens lashed out at Bachchan for pushing the man. A section of users felt that the actress should have simply refused for a selfie instead of pushing him away.
"Jaya Bachchan doing it again, at her best. She could have simply refused a photo, but she pushes the man…. Why this arrogance, always? She doesn’t deserve to be in public life. Imagine the outrage if a BJP MP had done this," an X user wrote.

In the past too, the veteran star has been seen losing her cool at the media and paparazzi for clicking her. In an interview, she had also stated that she hated the paparazzi culture and likes to get clicked only when an event demands it.
Meanwhile, on the film front, Bachchan was last seen in Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
She will next be seen with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Wamiqa Gabbi's Dil Ka Darwaaza Khol Na Darling. The makers had earlier announced that the film will release in 2025, however, there's no update on the film yet.
