Aghathiyaa is a historical horror thriller film featuring Jiiva in a dual role alongside Arjun Sarja and Raashi Khanna. The film is directed and written by lyricist Pa Vijay. Storyline of Aghathiyaa
The film follows Aghathiyan, a struggling art director who invests all his savings in his first project by renting a charming bungalow in Puducherry, France. However, the story takes a dramatic turn when the film shoot is abruptly canceled. Distressed, Aghathiyan decides to return to his hometown of Tiruvannamalai after discovering that his mother has been diagnosed with bone cancer. In an attempt to make some money, he transforms the bungalow into a haunted attraction. But what will happen when he realises that the bungalow is actually haunted?

The cast of the film includes Jiiva in a dual role as Aghathiyan, an art director, and Nanjilan, a freedom fighter; Edward Sonnenblick as Edwin Duplex; Raashii Khanna as Veena; Radha Ravi as Seshadri; Yogi Babu as himself, and Poornima Bhagyaraj as Dr Vaideeshwari, among others. It is produced by Ishari K Ganesh and Aneesh Arjun Dev under Vels Film International and Wam India.
