Ulhasnagar, March 28, 2025 – The Watumull Institute of Engineering and Technology (WIET) successfully organized 'HackVerse - 2025,' a 24-hour national hackathon held on March 27th and 28th, 2025. This event served as a dynamic platform for innovation and technical excellence, attracting participants from across the nation.

A total of 224 teams registered from eight states, including prestigious institutions such as IIITs and IIMs, showcasing the event's nationwide reach. Following rigorous rounds of selection, 157 teams advanced to the first stage, and 56 finalists presented ingenious solutions to diverse and challenging problem statements.

'HackVerse - 2025' featured 12 thoughtfully designed problem statements spanning six critical domains: EduTech, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Financial Rehabilitation, Healthcare, and Open Innovation. Participants demonstrated their technical expertise and critical thinking skills.

The event culminated with finalists presenting their projects to an esteemed panel of judges, who evaluated the submissions based on creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving ability.
