Viral Video: During a recent visit to a village school, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma was seen on camera helping a student with guitar chords in a touching moment that went viral on social media. The event took place in Nongspung, a village, which is in the Jirang constituency of the district of Ri-Bhoi.

Chief Minister Sangma observed a student having difficulty playing the guitar while he was there. Sangma, who loves to play music, walked in to help the student by showing him how to strum and place chords correctly. "He may be an amateur now, but I’m confident he will learn and play when we inaugurate their new school building someday," he said, expressing confidence in the student's potential in the Instagram post.

The video received a lot of praise and went viral very fast. Social media users commended Sangma for being personable and actively involved in fostering young talent. "This is the kind of leadership that inspires real change," one commenter wrote, while another added, "Not just a politician, but also a mentor." "Respect!"

Sangma's well-known love of music is in line with this gesture. He has previously posted videos of himself strumming a guitar, one of which was a cover of Iron Maiden's "Wasted Years." His recent conversation with the student demonstrates his passion for music as well as his dedication to fostering the dreams of Meghalaya's young people.

During his visit, Sangma not only performed but also resolved a long-standing infrastructure problem. In response to the villagers' worries regarding a broken transformer that had been left unattended for eighteen years, he made sure it was fixed, and three days later, power was restored.

Chief Minister Sangma's actions have a lasting impact on the local community and the general public, demonstrating a leadership style that blends personal passion with proactive governance.
