The UPSSSC has released the document verification schedule for Assistant Accountant and Auditor. The DV will be held from August 1 to August 7, 2025, in two shifts each day at the UPSSSC office, 3rd Floor, Pickup Bhawan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
This DV round represents the final level of the selection process for these positions. Candidates should prepare their documents ahead of time and strictly adhere to all criteria. There will be two shifts for the DV: 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM.
How to download UPSSSC Assistant Accountant, Auditor DV letter?
This is the online method for shortlisted candidates to obtain their DV letter:
Step 1: Visit the official UPSSSC website at upsssc.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, go to the ‘Important Announcements’ section.
Step 3: Now, click on the ‘DV Call Letter 2024 – Auditor/Assistant Accountant’ link.
Step 4: After this, enter the login credentials and then proceed further.
Step 5: The call letter will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download and print a copy of the same for further use in the document verification.
Documents required
Candidates must present the originals and one set of self-attested photocopies of the following:
1. Educational qualifications
2. Caste certificate (if applicable)
3. Domicile and age proof
4. Reservation-related documents
5. Aadhaar card or any government-issued photo ID
6. Two passport-size photographs
Guidelines
Candidates must attentively follow UPSSSC standards to enable a smooth participation in the document verification process.
• Reporting time is two hours before the DV shift.
• If a candidate misses their DV on the planned date for justifiable reasons, they may be permitted to appear in the second shift on August 7, 2025 (1:30 PM). By 11:00 a.m., they must deliver a written request to the UPSSSC office outlining their reason for absence on the same day.
• No candidate will be given a second opportunity at DV after this date, under any circumstances.
• It is required to carry the DV letter and ID evidence. Without these, entry will be denied.
