Print it out for your records.

Exam pattern:

Two objective papers make up the preliminary exam for the Combined Geo-Scientist test. Paper 1 focusses on general studies, while Paper 2 addresses pertinent scientific concerns. Three descriptive papers that assess applicants' in-depth subject knowledge make up the main exam.

Guidelines:

Candidates must show their e-Admit Card at the designated exam location for verification.

Those who do not have their admission card will not be permitted to enter the exam room.

Additionally, candidates must have a current photo ID card with the number listed on the e-Admit Card.

Immediately notify UPSC by email at usgeol-upsc@nic.in if there are any inconsistencies or problems with the e-Admit Card.

Candidates are encouraged to bring two similar photos to the exam location so they can be pasted on the undertaking form if the photo on the admission card is unclear or missing.

The examination centre reminds candidates not to bring valuables, electronic gadgets, or prohibited items like digital watches or cell phones.

Pens, pencils, identification documents, and the e-Admit Card are the only necessary supplies allowed. Additionally, UPSC cautions that any infraction of these rules may result in harsh disciplinary action.

Candidates should consult the instructions on the e-Admit Card or the official UPSC website for more information about the test.
