UPSC CAPF 2025 Registration Process Begins For 357 Posts; Know Eligibility Criteria, Exam Date

UPSC CAPF 2025 Registration: The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) Assistant Commandants (ACs) application window has been opened by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The application deadline will be March 25. Candidates who meet the requirements can apply online at upsconline.gov.in for the UPSC CAPF 2025.

UPSC CAPF 2025: Exam Dates

The UPSC CAPF written exam will be conducted on August 3, 2025. The test will consist of two papers. Papers 1 and 2 will take place from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm, respectively. This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 357 vacant seats in the organisation.

UPSC CAPF 2025: Eligibility Criteria

- A bachelor's degree or its equivalent is the minimal educational requirement for UPSC CAPF ACs 2025.

- Those who are taking the final degree exam may submit a provisional application.

- Provisional candidates will, if shortlisted, need to present evidence that they passed the qualifying test in the specified duration of time.

- Applicants with technical and professional qualifications that the government has approved as being on par with a technical and professional degree are also eligible to take the test.

UPSC CAPF 2025: Application Fees

The application fee will be Rs 200, for female, SC, and ST candidates will not have to pay any application fees.

UPSC CAPF 2025: Age Limit

Candidates should be between 20 and 25 years of age as of August 1, 2025. This implies that they should have been born on or after August 2, 2000, and on or before August 1, 2005. The age limit will be relaxed for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

UPSC CAPF 2025: Selection Process

The selection process will include the following stages:

- Written Examination

- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

- Physical Standards Test (PST)

- Interview/Personality Test

- Medical Standards Test
