SSC Stenographer Grade C & D 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will end the application process for the Stenographer Grade C and D recruitment exams today, June 26. Those who are interested and qualified may register online on the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in until 11 p.m. today. This year, there have been around 261 openings reported.

SSC Stenographer Grade C & D exam 2025: Application fees

Aspirants must submit an application fee of Rs 100. Women applicants, as well as those from the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) who are entitled to the reservation, can apply for free.

SSC Stenographer Grade C & D exam 2025: Eligibility criteria

There are a few requirements that must be met for the SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2025. As per Section 4.1 of the SSC rules, applicants must be Indian citizens or meet the nationality requirements. To be eligible, candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a board that is recognised. It is vital to remember that only men can apply for jobs in the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) as Stenographer Grade "D."

Why this exam is conducted?

The SSC conducts a national-level recruitment exam to choose applicants for the position of Stenographer in a variety of central government departments, ministries, and organisations.
