SSC GD Constable 2025: Exam details
The SSC GD Constable examination was held nationwide from February 4 to February 25, 2025, using a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
The SSC GD Constable test consisted of 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The exam was divided into four sections: General Knowledge, English/Hindi Language, Mathematics, and Intelligence and Reasoning. Each section had a score of 20 points and for each incorrect response, 0.5 points will be deducted.

SSC GD Constable 2025: Selection process
The selection process for this recruitment are as follow:
Students who pass the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be needed to take the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST) and a medical assessment.
The Physical Efficiency Test assesses applicants' physical abilities, primarily through a running event. Male and female candidates must travel various distances within a set time frame to be considered for the position of Constable. Additionally, applicants' height and weight measurements are considered as part of the qualifying criterion for the hiring of SSC Constables.
