The horrific visuals, which have gone viral in recent times, reveal snakes crawling along corridors and common areas, raising serious issues relating to the safety of students.
Students report living in constant fear, with most reluctant to venture out of their rooms, particularly at night. The occurrence has also alarmed parents, who are insisting on urgent action from the authorities.
In the face of mounting pressure, students are urging the college administration to take prompt action, such as deploying professional snake catchers, improving hostel maintenance, and sealing loopholes to ensure that such occurrences do not happen again.
On the social media platform, the reaction has been intense. One wrote, "What kind of snake is this? I have seen snakes, but never one so large."
Another posted, "If anything happens to a student, who will take responsibility?"
