RRB Level 1 Recruitment 2025: Railway Recruitment Boards will close the application window for RRB Level 1 Recruitment 2025 today, March 1, 2025. Candidates who have not applied yet can register for various posts in Level 1 at the official websites of RRBs.

RRB Level 1 Recruitment 2025: Railway Recruitment Boards will close the application window for RRB Level 1 Recruitment 2025 today, March 1, 2025. The payment due date of the application fee, after closing online application submissions will be March 3, 2025. The modification window will be open from March 4 to March 13, 2025. Candidates who have not applied yet can register for various posts in Level 1 at the official websites of RRBs.

The selection process consists of four stages:

-Computer-Based Tests

-Physical Efficiency Test

-Document Verification

-Medical Examination

The written examination will have 100 questions and will be held for 90 minutes. The test will carry a negative marking, with 1/3 being deducted for every wrong answer.

Minimum Percentage of Marks for Shortlisting (by community):

- UR (Unreserved): 40 per cent

- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): 40 per cent

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 30 per cent

- SC (Scheduled Caste): 30 per cent

- ST (Scheduled Tribe): 30 per cent

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are appearing for Group D posts in Indian Railways need to possess Class 10th or its equivalent as well as be within the age group of 18 to 36 years. However, there will be a relaxation in age for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Application Fees

The examination fee for all the candidates will be Rs 500. An application fee of Rs 400 out of this fee, however, shall be refunded on appearing for the CBT after deducting bank charges as may be applicable. The examination fee for PwBD, Female, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen candidates, and SC/ST/Minority Communities/Economically Backward Classes (EBC) candidates will be Rs 250. This fee, too, will be refunded on the candidate appearing for the CBT after deducting bank charges as applicable.

Total Vacancies

This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 32,438 vacant seats in the organisation.
