The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore is the highest ranked Institute in India securing 48th rank with the overall score of 68.5 globally in the QS World University Rankings 2024 for Global MBA and Business Master's programme. It is the only Indian institution to be ranked among top 50. IIM Ahmedabad (53), IIM Calcutta (59) and Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad (78) are among top 100 Management Colleges across the world.
According to the list released by the QS, the Stanford Graduate School of Business has topped the list followed by the Penn (Wharton), Harvard Business School, and London Business School in the second, third, and fourth positions.
In the list, 10 Indian MBA colleges are among the top 250 institutes in Asia.

Meanwhile in the latest B-Schools ranking by the QS, IIM Ahmedabad and the Indian School of Business have secured their places in the top 50 for QS’ entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes indicator. While IIM Ahmedabad stands at 33rd, and 2nd in Asia, the Indian School of Business has been ranked 43rd and 5th best in Asia.
Earlier in June, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bomaby) topped the QS World Rankings 2024 among Indian institutions. The premiere Institute in Mumbai showed progress in this year's QS world rankings with 149th position globally. This year 45 institutions from the country have been included in the QS World Rankings.
