Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria
1. Aspirants need to have a 10+2 or comparable educational background from a recognized board or university. The deadline for attaining the educational qualification is January 1, 2025.
2. The minimum educational requirement for ex-servicemen will be Matriculation, but they must have completed the Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the required or elective subjects, or any other equivalent examination in the Punjabi language stated by the Punjab Government (by January 1, 2025).
3. Wards of Defense Service Personnel who are true Punjab natives must complete a Punjabi language examination comparable to the Matriculation standard or a test administered by the Punjab Education Department's language section within two years of appointment.
4. The applicants' ages should be between 18 and 28 on January 1, 2025. Aspirants from the reserved categories will have their ages relaxed.
Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Selection process
The selection will be done in three stages:
1. Stage 1: Two common Computer Based Tests (CBTs) with multiple choice questions (MCQs) (papers l and II).
2. Stage 2: After clearing stage 1, applicants will appear for the Physical Screening Test (PST) and a Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
3. Stage 3: At last, they have to appear for the document verification.
