NEET UG Topper: Anushka Kulkarni from Goa is a model student who scored an excellent 705 marks out of 720 in the NEET UG 2022 examination and got an All India Rank (AIR) of 24, securing a seat at the sought-after AIIMS Delhi. Her achievement can be credited to an efficient and balanced study approach, prioritizing quality over quantity.

Unlike the common perception of needing long study hours to succeed, Anushka restricted her study time for a day to 6-7 hours. She stressed focused, undivided study sessions so that every hour was productive. Her study plan consisted of a custom-scheduled routine, dedicating mornings to Physics and Chemistry and nights to Biology, following her own concentration cycles.

Anushka laid a solid groundwork by working hard on NCERT textbooks, especially for Biology, and practising question papers from the previous years regularly. She revised each chapter consistently and practised week-long mock tests, reviewing her errors to correct them. Online platforms such as YouTube and NEET prep applications supplemented her learning with easy and varied learning materials.

Having a balanced lifestyle was key to her success. Anushka slept whenever she needed to, stayed physically active, and took hobby breaks, keeping her mind active and stress levels to the barest minimum. She also attributed her teachers and family members, who encouraged her during her preparation days.

Anushka's story is an inspiration to NEET students that it is always possible to soar to great heights by intelligent work, hard work, and healthy living without doing work at midnight. Her approach emphasizes the importance of using intelligent work, willpower, and healthy living in order to perform well in studies.
